meet your teacher night for first graders getting ready is terrible and frustrating with every kind of refusal even though we know he's excited we get parked far away in what looks like a no parking street but everyone is parking there anyway so we do too and make the long walk up to the school but when we get inside someone is telling everyone that they're ticketing on that street so a bunch of us haul ass running toward our cars like it's life and death and get them moved even further away to a little lot on the other side of town basically
