doing shots of
genmaicha at
one in the
afternoon with
toddler critical
of my every move
or non move
even my eyeballs
irritate his fury
and i'm sick
of reporting on
everything like
how tired i am
how the night
went if it did
and how hard
everything is

it's hard
that's all

try looking
like a peaceful
buddhist while
being screamed
at all day and
all night much
less actually
being peaceful

sometimes yes
sometimes no
