sometimes meditating is like riding a bucking bronco the body feeling so uncomfortable neck tight head hurting back and arms aching legs and knees are in ouch mode and the mind is flaring thoughts like crazy all over the place and you can just sit there and let it happen and keep coming back to right here breathing and sitting on the ground and after a while it will calm down a little or a lot maybe just a tiny bit but what a powerful wrathfully peaceful thing to do for the world which includes oneself to cut through that terribly brilliant spinning mess of confused sacredness and let the whole thing collapse
