but he’s still awake so
i’m working on all kinds
of loose ends on hold
on the phone explaining
complicated things in
an uncomplicated manner
year knowing from my
own customer service
experience that the
person helping me on
the other ends of the
line is trying swim thru
megastructures of policy
and procedure to attempt
be helpful at all and
the most obvious thing
to have all the time is
patience for everyone
and everything and me
