i run early in spite of reasonability take a shower and try to lay down again but my eyes close and everyone wakes up i make pancakes and coffee yawning while the boys bicker and wife helps them then 6 and i clean the living room when he's done he works on english with his mom the toddler eating all morning anything he can find and we can't find the bag of candy from the parade with the new toothbrushes in it it's been a week and we've looked everywhere mercury retrograde and the washing machine sink drain is still overflowing we want to call and get it taken care of but money is tight for a while maybe in october when we get our property tax refund we can do a plumbing overhaul but how do we get through until then i get out the snake and the plunger and get the water to drain but i know it's not fixed we clean and fix various other things and wife gets toddler down for nap we're all crashing so we throw a movie on for 6 and wife lays down i get 6 set up with snacks and water and lay down as well i can't believe how good it feels to lay down i close my eyes and hear a cry from the monitor its toddler awake and when i get him he's super cranky confused tired i can't get him back down and he keeps pointing at things and then saying no he finally settles in pirate booty sitting on my lap watching the movie with 6 and i typed this whole thing very slowly with one thumb just like the old days
