the colic years with 6
we're the worst
new parents and a
baby that wouldn't stop
crying and was impossible
to get to sleep or keep
asleep with flooded
basements broken
washing machines and
cars breaking down
daycare drama all the
time and job strife for
wife we've had so many
nights and days like this
and at least this time
he's not sick just
having tantrums in the
full moon as his system
leaps to the next level
and we wonder when
we'll be done with
this stuff and move on
to our own next level
we've heard it happens
and we've heard it gets
easier from some and that
it's just different from
others but still difficult
